Where is our data hosted?
Data is hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt and Ireland). Transactional email is processed in the US under Standard Contractual Clauses.
Is data encrypted?
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2 or higher) and at rest (AES-256).
How are security incidents handled?
We follow a documented incident-response process and notify affected customers without undue delay, in line with GDPR.
Can we get the ISO certificate or a SOC 2 report?
The ISO/IEC 27001 certificate is public under Documents. The SOC 2 Type II report and Statement of Applicability are available on request after an NDA.
How do you vet subprocessors?
Subprocessors are risk-assessed before onboarding and reviewed at least annually. The current list is under Subprocessors.
